We really hope you'll be chuffed with everything you buy from us but in the unfortunate event you aren’t happy with a purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund minus the original delivery costs (the amount you paid for delivery).
Returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition, unused, unworn, unwashed etc. You have to cover the cost of returning items to us.
Please make sure items are well packed; we suggest returning items in their original letterbox box if possible. We can’t refund items that are damaged on their return journey to us.
Please let us know in advance if you are returning something by emailing us at email@example.com.
We recommend you get a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t refund returned items that fail to arrive back to us.
If the item(s) you are returning cost more than £50 we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning. We can’t refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us, or that are damaged on their return journey to us.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Very occasionally items are faulty or damaged. If you think this is the case please contact us as soon as you can and within 7 days at email@example.com and we will arrange a free exchange or return.
For items purchased at a reduced price or in advertised sales, the same returns policy applies, except we ask you to return sale items within 14 days.
